This game is reminiscent of the 80s game breakout. However, the graphics are awesome and there are a lot more options. You can choose a difficulty level of “Easy” “Normal” “Hard” and “Insane”. Each level introduces new weapons/tools and difficulties. There are a lot of levels and options. The background music is cool too. Things you might not wish to catch are red and things that will improve your game are green or blue.
This is a great game for anyone. It’s very easy to figure out – you hit the ball with your customized paddle, the ball breaks the bricks (or the space age equivalent thereof) and you get points. Every one in the family can have their own profile and high scores are tracked.
Cool bricks we’ve found so far: exploring bricks, extra tough bricks, bricks that release “treats”, and invulnerable bricks.
Some “treats” we’ve found: ball speed changers, paddle length changes, guns for your paddle, and electro-catch (electricity on your paddle that allows you to hold the ball).
This game is fun, addictive and well worth the tiny price.

Update: I checked some of reflexive’s other games on Amazon, and I can’t see another one where they did the same thing as in this one. Regardless, I found the in-game adverts distracting and an unacceptable business practice.

Look carefully at the preview images before you buy this product (Or any reflexive product?).
The lower right corner (about 1/16th of the screen!) features a rotating ad the WHOLE TIME YOU PLAY THE GAME.
Not only is it insulting to feature ads throughout a PAID game (in demo versions or “free” games this may be acceptable, or at the beginning or end/credits of a normal game), but the ads take up a significant portion of the screen.
The “flashing”/changing of the ads between the various pictures during the gameplay is also very distracting.
This is my first and last reflexive “purchase”.
Other than the ads, this may have been a decent game. They were too distracting changing throughout playing, so I couldn’t stand playing it for more than 5 minutes, and now I’ve uninstalled it.
