Damn your review was freaking amazing – it covered everything I wanted to know!

Not gonna get this one and Sims 3 seems pretty good, but with all the lack of items and stuff I’d rather play Sims 2.

Gonna wait a year or so for stuff packs and expansions to come out, maybe then I’ll finally switch to Sims 3.

      Cheers!

I went to walmart last week to buy the sims 3 world adventures. There was one left, I took it and then when I went to the lady with the cash register, she said there was no barcode on it or something like that. So she just told me 12 dollars. O.O My dad thought she was kidding. :O She wasn’t. I was dancing in the parking lot afterwards! ^^

That was actually a pretty good review.
Normally I go to IGN or Gamespot, but they’re not what I’d call honest.
      Thanks!

“It’s new” and it costs too much. It’s not a full game, it’s a not so huge expansion that I don’t find worth nearly the price of a full game ($50). Target market has nothing to do with it. I wanted it, I bought it, I was disappointed because I didn’t feel I got $40 worth of gameplay.

Oh and your 6 minutes lost: you didn’t have to watch anything.

    • redbugiii 6:27 am on January 20, 2010 Permalink

No offense, but it seems you’re crying about the price!!! Games are more expensive now and if you find a bargain then — Lucky You — It’s new-what do you expect? You could have done some research and found out you’re not the type of person to like the “Adventures” Ex Pack and saved $40 and I wouldn’t have to ask for my 6:21 back to listen to you complain when you’re just not the target market or something!!! So Long, ComplainerGamer

I bought my copy at Best Buy. If you watch the weekly ads, you can get a good deal. Usually a week or two after the release. I paid $25 for mine. As far as the game itself, I really like it. I just wish they would stop with the blur! I can’t get rid of it on Sims 3.

    • shadowmare97 8:41 am on January 20, 2010 Permalink

The new objects are usually the biggest lure for me to buy an expansion pack for the sims… More building options for the relatively bland Sims 3 Base game
Might borrow my friend’s copy, or download it online, but I don’t think I’m pitching in $10 more then usual for a pack for the sake of a few new recolors you can buy at the sims store… As what it usually is…

Most Popular Wii Sports Games for Christmas

Wii revolutionized l' industry of video game of sports while allowing players d' to be in the movement while playing of the video games.   Now, not only the sight of player of play l&#039 can; action on l' screen, they can take part.   In this article, we will take a glance with best, and the majority of the popular plays of sports available for the game console of Wii. I remember one day rainy l' last fall when I visited my friend& #039; S Sheila and Patrick.   We took the large lunch and j' asked, & quot; Where are the children? & quot;.   Patrick said qu' they were in the living room thus j' jumped inside to say hello. I entered the room to find all the children to balance with enthusiasm a little d' rectangular object in front of one of best televisions d' posting with liquid crystals that j' saw.   On l' screen of TV, j' saw a match of tennis. & quot; Qu' are you doing all? & quot; J' asked. & quot; To play tennis, & quot; they all sounded inside without breaking the step. C' is when j' carried out the vast potential of the sets of sports of Wii.  with the console of Wii, children can play of the video games and be in activity at the same time.   L' image of the & quot; child& quot sedentary; who spends the innumerable hours being the video games of play inactive n' is not an image that Wii A.   C' is an active visual console. In fact, principal set of sports of Wii in this moment s' call the & quot; L' ea folâtre Trainer& quot personal credit; brought to you by Electronic Arts.   This play was developed with the physical shape expert Bob Greene which can be most known like Oprah Winfrey& #039; personal trainer of S.   This play obtains to you in the great form and is extremely of motivation while you observe a personal trainer on l' screen.   Just released in October, this play already struck #1 the diagrams of Wii. The season of baseball just finished with the Yankees of New York gaining the series of the world.   But for much which will buy Wii& #039; the Major League of Baseball of S, the season never finishes.   C' is the higher video game of sale of baseball and simulates the baseball of Great League to the difference of n' import which other play. Similar love golfeurs and non-golfeurs the play d' excursion of PGA of Tiger Woods.   In the sporting category, c' is always l' one of the higher plays of Wii because the golf lends itself so much well to l' art of the video game.   They say that the golf is & quot; 90% between l' ears& quot;.   In d' other terms, the golfeurs not only must balance, they must think.   The golf of Tiger Woods forces you to use all your mental and the physical equipment and c' is a great manner d' to improve your play of real golf. Another candidate every year for the most popular sports that the play east irritate football.   Every year a new version of irritates football is released with all the new players and up to date statistics.   Drug addicts of football, particularly those which on teams of sports d' imagination, love irritate football during qu' it supports their leaning football.         I had the privilege of being sent an advance PDF copy of the Book of Games Volume 2 by Bendik Stang author, and have now completed my reading of this volume in one evening, I'm looking forward to the printed version. The Book of Games Vol. 2 has evolved exponentially with its previous incarnation, which seems very appropriate in Volume 2 has a focus on highly sophisticated maturity that the video game industry as a whole is facing. Even if I am a bit disappointed regarding the lack of coverage regarding the properties of Guild Wars, which is largely due to bias, as I am a casual hardcore Guild Wars player. Now I have my point of view is really negative way, we'll go to the good stuff.
I was extremely impressed by the amount of research that had obviously started the production of Volume 2 as well as new features have been added for individual game listings and ratings. These additions show that the authors have listened to those who took the time to give them feedback on Volume 1, and as such are made part of the gaming community in a way that some authors never achieve, no matter how they may be knowledgeable about their subjects. Another Sidenote is interesting to see another book I am currently looking into a box also in this book. As a journalist Addiction Research heavy, I still consider the usefulness of a publication to be me on my endless quest for knowledge, and The Book of Games Volume 2 has passed the examination with ease. There are many, many sources of reading and education.
While The Book of Games Volume 1 was a handy reference for parents and parents of players, Volume 2 opens fully the video game industry evolves, the development of tournaments and beyond. The authors have managed to put industry in a nutshell – which players, teachers, parents and even grandparents will enjoy. This book has all the components of the video game world between its covers, and looks at all aspects in a well-written, well researched and well presented manner. Each chapter contains evidence of how video games have become an integral part of our life in the 21st century – those who pick up a quick game of solitaire to those who travel the circuit pro-gamer. A photo I could immediately relate was that of Undheim Olav of Norway, winner of the 2007 World Cyber Games Grand Final Tournament Warcraft III. I saw this game, and all other events held that day the last game in Seattle this past October. I was there when that Olav raised $ 20 000. 00 checks over his head at the medal presentation – and that is what the industry called the game has at its core – a vibrant global community – that we feel in our own annual tournament LAN, and one that the book Thurs Volume 2 opened to the world.
I think this book will do more to provide an understanding of the culture of gaming to non-gamers than any other set of websites and articles in the media could do. All parents will benefit from this book, while the players will adopt this book for validation it brings to our video game culture. The Book of Games Volume 2 is an excellent weight-cons who vocalize loudly and their negative view on the gaming industry as a whole. I challenge anyone who does not understand really what the games are really all about to take this book and read it. Understanding what attracts those of us who have the game worlds in our multi-pixelled. The artwork is amazing, the music is incredible and overwhelming passion. As the owner of a company that has tried unsuccessfully for three years to get a business license for a digital media center for youth in our hometown, I would love to see members of our Board of canton oppose us, and those of the licensing department who insist on calling us an arcade, read this book. The Book of Games Volume 2, I think, will become a useful tool for those of us who are not only proud members of the culture of the game, we support up and coming designers of tomorrow and all the possibilities of the world video game was open to them, they become game designers, engineers, architects or even doctors.
I am completely unqualified to give the book Game Volume 2 five stars, and if there have been many improvements in this series only between volumes 1 and 2, I can hardly wait until I ' get a glance Volume 3, which will be out in November 2008. For authors, I say it's a job to be proud of a job well done. "

The 2nd edition of this reference series game is a book Coffeetable fine or go for a quick short extract info on game titles. By all means, this is not a book of thorough examinations, the titles are very briefly discussed (summarized) and classified by type / replay value / Sypnosis conspiracy. If you need full information on game titles, you'd better play on mags or websites. However, it remains a good collector's item that most of your favorite games are included with screenshots Nice color, which makes a beautiful addition to your library of games for all gaming fans. I was very impressed by this 2nd edition because it included some very recent games that I thought did not do so before the release date. The only disappointment is that the 2nd edition in paperback came when my 1st edition was a hardcover.
